সন্মানপূৰ্বক আপোনাৰ জ্ঞাতাৰ্থে জনাব খুজিছোঁ যে আমি বৰপেটা পৌৰসভাৰ অন্তৰ্গত দক্ষিণহাটী বাসিন্দা। এখন নগৰৰ বাসিন্দা সকলৰ যিবোৰ সা-সুবিধা থাকিব লাগে বা আছে, সেইবোৰ বৰপেটাৰ বাসিন্দা সকলে পোৱা নাই। যিবোৰ খোৱা পানী টুপিৰ যোগান ধৰিছে সিও অনিয়মীয়া। তদুপৰি যোৱা মাহৰ পৰা পৌৰসভাই পানীৰ কৰ বৃদ্ধি কৰিছে অসম্ভৱভাবে। আগতে বছৰেকীয়া পানীৰ কৰ আছিল মাত্ৰ ৪৫০ টকা। কিন্তু যোৱা মাহৰ পৰা এই কৰ বৰ্দ্ধিত হৈ ১৫০০ টকা হ’ল।
এনে বৰ্দ্ধিত পানীৰ কৰ দিয়াটো নগৰ বাসীন্দাৰ বাবে অসম্ভৱ আৰু অবাস্তৱ।সেয়েহে ইয়াৰ দ্বাৰা দয়ালু মহোদয়ক অনুৰোধ কৰোঁ যাতে পানীৰ কৰ আগৰটোকে বাহাল ৰাখে। ইয়াৰ দ্বাৰা নগৰ বাসীৰ যথেষ্ট সকাহ হ’ব। ধন্যবাদেৰে,

Respected Sir,
With due respect, we would like to inform your kind information that we are permanent residents of Amolapatty within the Sivasagar Municipality. The residents of Sivasagar have not been provided with the various civic amenities that are available or should be available in a town. Only the drinking water is being supplied to the residents of Sivasagar, which is also not regular. Moreover, the residents are required to pay water-tax regularly for the supply of water. Previously, such water-tax was only Rs. 1450.00 per annum. But since last month this amount has been increased to Rs. 1500/- per annum. The residents are not in a position to pay such a huge amount of water-tax which is quite impossible and unrealistic.
Therefore, Sir, you are requested to kindly maintain the status quo and thereby enable the residents to pay the previous amount of water-tax. This will relieve the aggrieved residents. Thanks.
