সন্মানপূৰ্বক নিবেদন এই যে আপোনাৰ বেঙ্কত মোৰ ১২৩৪ নং এটা চেভিংছ একাউণ্ট আছে আৰু যোৱা দহ বছৰ ধৰি সেই একাউণ্টৰপৰা টকাৰ লেনদেন কৰি আহিছোঁ। যোৱা সপ্তাহত মই সেই পাছ-বুকখন জমা-খৰচৰ হিচাব তুলিবলৈ বেঙ্কত জমা দিছিলোঁ। কিন্তু পিচত ঘূৰাই আনিবলৈ যাওঁতে পাছ-বুকুখন নাই বুলি ক’লে। বহুত বিচাৰিও পোৱা নগ’ল।

Last week I deposited the passbook to update the transactions. But, when I went to receive the same the clerk told me that he could not find it. On searching thoroughly the passbook could not be traced.
